Primary Responsibilities
Supervision & Training
- Provide clinical supervision to unlicensed social work providers in accordance with Massachusetts Board of Registration requirements
- Review and approve clinical documentation, treatment plans, and case notes
- Conduct regular individual and possibly group supervision sessions
- Certify supervision hours for supervisees' licensure requirements
- Ensure reputed company supervisees meet continuing education and professional development standards
Quality Assurance
- Monitor clinical outcomes and treatment effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and state regulations
- Review crisis reputed company protocols and safety procedures
- Maintain detailed supervision records and documentation
Reporting & Communication
- Provide regular reputed company reports to practice reputed company on supervisee development
- Identify and escalate clinical concerns or performance issues
- Participate in practice meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with practice leadership on policy development
Optional Clinical Duties
- Maintain a small caseload of individual, couple, or family therapy clients (optional)
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience
