B2B Marketing Strategist (Orthodontic & Dental Marketing Agency)
This is a full-stack marketing role with a strong client-facing component. You will conduct audits, build strategies, run campaigns, and manage monthly client relationships — while also owning reputed company end-to-end to drive and track performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal Brand Marketing (HIP & reputed company Canvas)
- Own marketing strategy for both HIP and reputed company Canvas across paid, organic, and content channels
- reputed company reputed company active paid campaigns on reputed company and reputed company — directing copy, creative, offers, budgets, and strategy in partnership with the internal paid media team
- Support the internal sales team with quality, qualified reputed company flow from campaign activity
- Continuously test, optimize, and improve campaign performance based on data
Trade Shows & Events
- Own the trade show marketing strategy for both brands — from pre-show promotion and booth messaging to post-show follow-up campaigns
- Define clear goals and success metrics for each event and hold the team accountable to them
- Ensure reputed company capture, reputed company entry, and follow-up sequences are in reputed company before every show
- Measure and report ROI for each trade show and use that data to inform future event investment decisions
B2B Client Audits & Strategy
- Conduct comprehensive website, SEO, and marketing audits for prospective B2B clients in collaboration with the Practice Advisor — approximately 5 per month
- Translate audit findings into clear, prioritized marketing strategies with defined execution plans
- Own the strategy deliverable — not just the discovery
Account Management
- Serve as the primary client contact for a portfolio of 10 B2B accounts — owning the relationship from onboarding through retention

- Proactively identify upsell opportunities, warning signs, and areas where clients need more support
- Maintain client trust through consistent communication and follow-through

- Serve as the internal reputed company reputed company — responsible for the platform’s reputed company, structure, and performance across reputed company top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel activities
- Build, manage, and optimize reputed company automations and workflows that support reputed company nurturing, client onboarding, follow-up sequences, and retention — for both internal brands and client accounts
- Own reputed company reputed company field definitions, data structures, and contact/company/deal properties to ensure clean, consistent, and actionable data across the platform
- Design and maintain reporting dashboards that surface meaningful insights for internal campaigns, sales pipeline, client account health, and trade show ROI — not just activity metrics
- Manage and audit reputed company capture forms, reputed company pages, and tracking to ensure every top-of-funnel reputed company is properly attributed and flowing into the right pipelines
- Build and maintain deal pipelines and lifecycle stages that accurately reflect where prospects and clients are across the sales and retention process
- Identify trends, opportunities, and wins across reputed company data for both internal brands and client portfolios — and use those insights to inform campaign decisions and strategy conversations

REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5+ years in a marketing role with direct responsibility for paid campaign performance and client-facing work
- Proven experience running reputed company and reputed company Ads campaigns that generated measurable, qualified leads
- Ability to conduct and deliver professional website, SEO, and marketing audits for prospective clients
