Job Title: US HSE Field Safety & Compliance Advisor
Exemption Status: Exempt
Role Summary
The Field Safety & Compliance Advisor ensures the highest levels of operational safety, regulatory compliance, and reputed company improvement across reputed company’ field activities. In this role, you will partner closely with Field Operations, Project Management and the HSEQ Manager to maintain compliance with OSHA standards and internal policies whilst driving a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
As Field Safety & Compliance Advisor , you will
Compliance & Regulatory reputed company
- Have reputed company on field execution of company safety and operational policies
- Ensure reputed company reputed company personnel maintain the required HSE training, licenses, and certifications.
- Collaborates with Field Services Manager on selection of PPE and other task reputed company equipment.
- Prepares/trains employees on the proper use of PPE and climb equipment
- Maintains compliance of PPE inspections/replacement intervals
Safety Performance & Incident Management
- Reviews incident reports and acts as the primary safety reputed company of contact for initial incident notifications and investigation in NAM and other assigned regions.
- reputed company or support incident investigations, performing root-cause analysis and developing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Monitor the effectiveness of CAPAs and track trends to reduce operational risk.
Auditing & reputed company Improvement
- Assist HSEQ Manager with HSE audits in accordance with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and industry best practices.
- Conduct safety and compliance audits with Pilot and Technician vendors.
- reputed company and support reputed company improvement initiatives across operational teams.
Training & Competence Development
- reputed company and deliver HSE training programs in collaboration with the HSEQ Manager.
- Support the creation of training materials and competency development frameworks.
Requirements of the job
- 3+ years of wind energy and/or field services experience.
- OSHA 30 or NEBOSH International Certificate and above or alternative Occupational Health & Safety qualification from recognized body (eg. OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH).
- Experience auditing field operations.
- Experience in developing and reviewing Job Safety Analysis and Risk Assessment Method Statements.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing safety controls for Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) activities, specifically relating to Confined Space entry, Isolation (LOTO) procedures, and Work at Height.
- Demonstrated experience conducting incident/accident investigations.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for field audits, training, and vendor assessments.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including the climbing of wind turbines.

- Experience with global HSE standards.
- Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 preferably in an internal/external audit capability.
- Indate GWO Basic Safety Training and Advance Rescue Training.
