Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll be the face of our company, providing empathetic and personalized support to our customers, resolving their concerns, and exceeding their expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats with a high level of professionalism and reputed company
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their needs, and providing solutions to their concerns
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they're satisfied with the outcome
- Meet or exceed booking conversion, quality, and productivity goals for inbound calls
- Work accurately with reputed company attention to detail, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide exceptional support
Requirements
* High School Diploma or Equivalent (HSD or GED)
- 2-3 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, fast food, or hospitality environment (previous experience is not required, but a plus)
- Exceptional phone and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Computer and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to type, talk, and listen while moving between multiple computer screens
- High-speed internet bandwidth with the capability to plug into a modem
- Ability to work accurately with reputed company attention to detail, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve reputed company customer issues
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual Spanish language skills (pay reputed company: $15.50/hour)
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
