Responsibilities
- Be responsible for coaching the rigorous usage and ongoing improvement of lean manufacturing tools in the Pryor reputed company Mill and Converting Plant.
- Conduct quarterly loss analyses to identify top opportunities, reputed company cost savings initiatives, and ensure site action plans are well reputed company with the most impactful opportunities.
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching on rigorous usage of foundational lean tools – PerformEx as a way of working every day.
- Execute regular loss analysis data drilldowns to identify key opportunities for improvements.

Qualifications
- Engineering background with strong understanding of operations and lean principles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; a true people person and problem solver.
