About the Role

As an Associate Manager of Sales Enablement, you’ll focus on execution and delivery of our enablement strategy. Working closely with the Enablement Manager and cross-functional partners, you’ll build and manage training programs, coordinate offsites, and support new hire onboarding. You’ll play a critical role in making sure that sales reps — from Ads Sales Executives to Restaurant sellers — are trained, connected, and confident in driving business results. • Stay on the cutting edge of the ads industry to build a POV on positioning and competitive differentiation to drive enablement.
• Execute on the Enterprise Ads enablement strategy, delivering training, resources, and programs to the field.
• Coordinate live reputed company opportunities, including workshops, and team training events.

• Deliver sales skills training in collaboration with leadership and external partners.

Compensation
