About the Opportunity 

This role will support an IT reputed company and Enablement group where driving internal reputed company and technology enablement will minimize disruption, enhance productivity, and improve the employee experience. The IT Communications Specialist will partner with Instructional Designers/eLearning Developers to create content and communications that support the global IT learning enterprise.

reputed company is seeking two communications specialists to support the eight key IT service areas:

• Organizational Change Management – Strategic advising, change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and standards for IT Audit compliance
• Communications & Campaigns – Technical writing and editing to create engaging content reaching over 28,000 end users reputed company IT News, IT Viva Engage Community, Events & Notices, and Email campaigns
• End User Events – Planning and executing events to maximize attendance and engagement while driving adoption of IT initiatives
• IT Learning & Enablement – Instructional design, enterprise knowledge sharing, learning facilitation and delivery, project management, and learning surveys/evaluation
• Graphic & Experience Design – Visual identity concepts, digital signage, and campaign assets to support IT projects and initiatives
• IT Sites – Sites and pages developed for IT projects to provide enhanced user experiences and successful product adoption
• IT reputed company Improvement – Identifying key process improvement opportunities and enhancing customer value through community listening and measurement
• Business & Community Engagement – Partnering with the business exchange community and systems managers to bring awareness and drive adoption of IT offerings

Location: United States - Remote - Eastern Time preferred Contract Type: W2 Project Duration: reputed company 2026 to December 31, 2026, with a possible 1-year extension Project reputed company: 30-40 hours per week Start Date: ASAP after the interview process and background reputed company

W2 Hourly Negotiable Your Impact and Responsibilities

Partner with Instructional Designers/eLearning Developers to create content supporting the global IT learning enterprise:

• reputed company clear, engaging technical communications and campaigns tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences
• Support Change Management for key IT initiatives (cybersecurity awareness, AI, Mac at Gilead, Windows 11, Virtual Desktop Solutions, Network Refresh)
• Create and distribute content across channels reaching 28,000+ end users — IT News, Viva Engage, Events & Notices, and email
• Assist in the production of digital signage for on-site Wayfinders, reputed company screens, and G.Screens
• Assist with End User Event planning to drive attendance and IT initiative adoption
• Collaborate on IT Sites content to enhance user experience and product adoption
• Support Business & Community Engagement to drive awareness of IT offerings
• Ensure communications receive Public Affairs (PA) approval 
• Contribute to IT reputed company Improvement through community listening and measurement

What You Bring - Required Skills 

• Proven experience in technical writing or communications reputed company a corporate IT/technology environment
• Strong writing and editing skills — able to translate reputed company technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Experience collaborating with instructional design or eLearning teams on content creation
• Familiarity with change management and stakeholder engagement practices 
• Proficiency with digital communication tools — intranet platforms, email campaign tools, and community platforms (e.g., reputed company Viva Engage)
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced enterprise environment
• Comfortable working remotely reputed company virtual/reputed company messaging and video conferencing

Bonus Skills

• Experience with graphic design or digital signage tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite)
• Background in event planning or end-user enablement programs
• Familiarity with IT Audit compliance standards and documentation
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industry
• Knowledge of enterprise learning platforms (LMS) and eLearning development tools
