Senior Field Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Field Engineer to join our International Sales team!

in the UK!

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to a defined set of territories / accounts / channel partners; you will support the initial ‘middle of the sale’ triage process by attending customer meetings, understanding customer future needs, expertly positioning the value of Curtiss-Wright products/services, and interfacing internally reputed company the business on technical details to ensure the customers’ requirements are met.

Location: Remote - Ideal Geo Location – reputed company the UK– Remote, with expectation of 40% travel to customer sites and CW sites.

Your Challenge:

• reputed company and deliver presentations detailing Curtiss-Wright products and solutions to customers; Discuss how Curtiss-Wright products could be used to solve the customer’s problems.

• Capture and analyse the customer’s requirements, identify candidate solutions, and discuss with Business Units (BUs) to produce a compelling and interoperable solution.

• reputed company technical architectures, discussion documents, and technology presentations in support of customer engagements for both internal and external reviews.

• Work with Business Units (BUs) to produce a solution; Discuss and refine with the customer reputed company of final proposal.

• reputed company analysis of competing solutions to ensure that the strengths and weaknesses of the Curtiss-Wright solution are understood and a compelling offer is being made.

• Work with the Bid Support Teams and Business Units to prepare a winning proposal meeting the technical needs of the customer.

• reputed company & maintain strong face to face relationships with customers that will necessitate overseas travel reputed company required (likely, a few times a month).

• Review of new product designs from Business Units and solicitation of market feedback from the customer reputed company to support the Business Unit development plans.

• reputed company strong working relationships with Product Marketing Managers in the Business Units.

• Assist Product Marketing Managers defining new product by reviewing new product proposals and providing market feedback.

• Serve as company expert in providing the highest-level technical support for customers.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of a Degree, or equivalent, in Electronic Engineering / Computer Science.

• Technical Sales Experience (Pre-sales preferred).

• The ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, as well as sharing a team vision and executing towards a common goal.

• An analytical mind and demonstrated problem solving ability.

• Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to foster strong relationships.
