As a Customer Experience Specialist, You Will:

Provide customer support
to customers reputed company telephone and/or Internet, e.g., reputed company message, email.
Handle customer inquiries
and resolve simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment.
Process a high volume of customer inquiries
regarding offered products and services and resolve a targeted percentage of those inquiries.
Troubleshoot customer problems

Track and document inbound support requests
