Key Responsibilities:
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound customer inquiries reputed company phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding our products and services
- Managing customer complaints and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as necessary
- Upselling and cross-selling additional services where appropriate to meet customer needs
- Assisting in the development of customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence
Salary and Benefits:
* Competitive hourly reputed company of £12.21 per hour
- Full-time hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled around business requirements

Essential and Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
