This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

* 1-3+ years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a SaaS company or fast-growing startup

  • A team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude and a passion for healthcare
  • Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide timely, accurate support
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a comfort level in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick to learn and comfortable using a variety of tools, including but not limited to: Intercom, reputed company, reputed company, & reputed company Workspace
  • Bonus points for previous experience with Medical Insurance Terminology and a passion for improving the patient/provider experience

What You'll Do:
