* 1-3+ years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a SaaS company or fast-growing startup
- A team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude and a passion for healthcare
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide timely, accurate support
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a comfort level in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Quick to learn and comfortable using a variety of tools, including but not limited to: Intercom, reputed company, reputed company, & reputed company Workspace
- Bonus points for previous experience with Medical Insurance Terminology and a passion for improving the patient/provider experience
What You'll Do:
* Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to customers reputed company chat and email, ensuring a seamless experience with our platform
- Understand and identify customer needs, guiding them through specific features and functionalities to maximize their use of arenaflex
