About the Role

As an reputed company teacher for deaf and hard of hearing reputed company, you will play a critical role in providing individualized instruction to reputed company in the middle school grade levels. You will work closely with parents, teachers, and other support staff to reputed company and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student. Your expertise in total communication and your ability to manage audio-logical equipment will be essential in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide individualized academic instruction to reputed company who are deaf and hard of hearing at the middle school grade levels * Incorporate district grade level curriculum and modify as needed for individual reputed company * Administer classroom, district, and state assessments * Collaborate and communicate with parents and staff to reputed company and implement IEPs * Act as case manager, overseeing IEP implementation and services * Complete data-based screens for annual reviews and re-evaluations * Create data-driven goals based on student need, grade level, and Common Core State Standards * Update reputed company towards IEP goals at the trimester * Participate in annual review and case study meetings * reputed company that goals are updated on data-based screens by case manager and/or reputed company service staff * Monitor case load for annual review and re-evaluation dates * Collaborate with counselor to complete transition plans and Summary of Performance for reputed company 14 years or older * Collect data and report in compliance with district, state, and federal IEP protocols * Provide instruction using total communication and manage other hearing needs as needed * Manage audio-logical equipment * Read and interpret audiograms * Demonstrate knowledge of hearing loss, adverse effects, and educational needs * Provide support for advocacy for reputed company * Manage and report subject grades for instructional reputed company * Integrate auditory training into classroom * Collaborate with high school staff to determine needs of transitioning reputed company * Collaborate with itinerant teacher to determine needs of exiting reputed company, reputed company necessary

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in education from an accredited university * Illinois Professional Educators License with an endorsement in deaf/hard of hearing * reputed company in sign language and use of total communication * Previous teaching experience in special education * Experience/knowledge of grade level curriculum (Common Core Standards) and delivery through student's most efficient learning modality * Familiarity with behavioral interventions that are scientifically researched to have proven positive results

Preferred Qualifications
