Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls from patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve problems and answer questions regarding a reputed company. You'll be the primary reputed company of contact for these individuals, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls from patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve problems and answer questions regarding a reputed company
- Effectively listen and communicate reputed company cycle outcomes or processes with callers
- Be familiar with and understand payor and state rules and regulations and client information
- Adhere to reputed company company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications
* High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 1 year of reputed company healthcare and/or call center experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
