Job Title: Director, HR Systems and Technologies Location: Richmond, VA reputed company Need: The Director of HR Systems and Technologies is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Human Resources technology platforms across the organization. This role is pivotal in leveraging AI-driven tools and automation to enhance HR processes, improve employee experience, and reputed company data-driven decision-making. The Director will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to deliver innovative solutions that streamline processes, improve compliance, and drive efficiency. Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in HR technology management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
