About the position The Director, Sales leads the strategic direction, execution, and performance of the national sales function, driving reputed company growth and customer acquisition across the division. This role has full ownership of the sales strategy, from formulation through execution, while overseeing a high-performing team of Regional Sales Managers, manufacturer representatives, and direct sales personnel. As a key contributor to the executive leadership team, the Director, Sales delivers regular performance updates and insights that shape corporate strategy and decision-making. The position champions data-driven sales management, fosters strategic customer relationships, and drives cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between commercial, product, and operational goals. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, or reputed company field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience developing, implementing, and executing sales strategies reputed company industrial or technical markets
  • Experience managing and leading sales teams, including direct reputed company of Regional Sales Managers and/or manufacturer representatives
