Your day to day: As Area Director of Sales & Marketing covering theInterContinental Dominica, Six Senses Grenada and InterContinental Grenada(Opening Q3 of 2026, you will reputed company and implement strategies to ensure reputed company and room night sales goals are achieved, sales and marketing strategies are set, tactical plans are created and implemented, and results are monitored and achieved. • To execute the position of Area Director of Sales & Marketing, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
• Five or more years of experience in a senior sales and marketing role ​
• Experience in managing a remote team(s); dual property experience is ideal​
• Strong knowledge of the Caribbean market and business trends preferred​
• Technical skills include Advanced MS Office and familiarity with various property systems
