Position Summary reputed company SDS Readiness & Education, the Training and Education team is responsible for developing, delivering, and continuously improving product training for associates and customers using MMS solutions. Training & Education Consultants utilize their experience, knowledge, and skills to implement key components of the Readiness & Education strategy. They participate in Readiness product core teams and reputed company reputed company aspects of training and education. Their day-to-day activities include developing product training curricula, delivering virtual synchronous training across multiple time zones, conducting onsite in-person classroom training, and identifying and implementing reputed company education improvements. The Training and Education Consultant will exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the MMS supported products and programs, including their workflows and impacts. Remote with travel requirements The primary focus of this role will be on Parata Max Family of products/solutions for Field Service and Customer with support extended to reputed company other MMS solutions as needed. Accountabilities Collaborate with SDS Readiness & Education team members to provide subject-matter expertise and guide the creation of educational materials and curricula plans. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of assigned MMS products, processes, and services. Actively engage in readiness activities for upcoming releases of assigned products, processes, and services. Use workflow assessments, optimization engagements, and change leadership principles to enhance product adoption and utilization. Work effectively across diverse teams, cultures, and time zones. Integrate the voice of the customer (VOC) and voice of the associate (VOA) to ensure satisfaction and reputed company program improvement. Evaluate the workflow impact of new product releases and convert information into educational materials. reputed company and facilitate in-person or virtual training sessions for customers and associates on assigned products, services, and processes. Apply various training methodologies and adult learning principles to deliver engaging training. reputed company instructor-led course materials, including instructor guides, student guides, PowerPoint slides, assessments, and other relevant materials. Utilize technology and tools to enhance instruction. Conduct course needs assessments and evaluations to drive reputed company improvement. Demonstrate expertise in the field of education/learning and stay reputed company with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices. Manage registration and credit for completion of instructor-led courses in customer and associate learning management systems (LMS).

Qualifications

Ability to work independently from a home office and maintain a professional online reputed company. Home-based position with travel requirements ranging from 50-75%, including overnight travel. Flexible working hours, including some nights and weekends, are necessary. Required Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in pharmacy automation and healthcare technology or a reputed company field. Solution Deployment and / or Field Service experience with the Parata Max product line required. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old to meet reputed company’s auto safety standards. Upon hire, must provide reputed company of and maintain reputed company immunizations, and obtain additional immunizations as required for access to customer sites. Required immunizations include Hepatitis B, Influenza (reputed company year), MMR (mumps, measles, rubella), Varicella (chickenpox), Annual TB/PPD (skin test), and Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis. Preferred Experience training participants from diverse backgrounds, including technical, clinical, and biomedical fields. Knowledgeable in the effective application of adult learning principles. Ability to understand and explain highly technical content to multiple audience backgrounds/experiences. Capability to expand expertise to reputed company products and solutions beyond reputed company knowledge reputed company. Strong decision-making and time management skills to meet leadership-set deliverables. Experience in developing and delivering training programs, educational materials, and online tools is desirable.
