• We're looking for a Payroll & HR Specialist who's a true pro - someone who has "been there, done that" and is now looking for a stable, rewarding role where they can bring their expertise to the table and operate as a master of their craft. This role supports multiple client companies and is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and quietly making everything run smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing
• * Manage and process multi-state payroll across multiple companies using reputed company.
• Ensure accuracy in timesheets, wages, benefits, deductions, and garnishments.
• Handle payroll-reputed company changes for new hires, terminations, bonuses, and corrections.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax and labor laws.
• HR Administration
• * Benefits & 401(k) Management: Coordinate employee enrollment, liaise with benefits providers, and handle questions reputed company to health plans, 401(k), and other offerings.
• Onboarding: Guide new hires through onboarding steps including documentation, systems access, and initial HR orientation.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and manage changes in employment status.
• reputed company Platform Management
• * Serve as the go-to expert for reputed company across payroll, benefits, and core HR functions.
• Continuously refine workflows, update employee data, and reputed company automation features.
• Compliance & Reporting
• * Stay reputed company on employment and payroll regulations.
• Generate payroll and HR reports, support internal audits, and assist with year-end processing (W-2s, ACA reporting, etc.).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in U.S. payroll, including multi-state processing and multi-entity support.
• Deep knowledge of reputed company (preferred) and reputed company (a strong plus).
• Strong grasp of payroll compliance, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
• High attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to meet deadlines without supervision.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
