What You’ll Do Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining sourcing strategies to onboarding new hires. Strategic Talent Matching: Recruit for a variety of roles across our core business areas, including B2B, AI, SaaS, Marketing, Sales, reputed company & Tech roles. Candidate Evaluation & Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and use a rigorous assessment process to evaluate candidates on both hard skills and culture fit. Your expertise in this area is a MUST. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify staffing needs, set realistic expectations, and ensure a seamless hiring process. • Experience: Not less than 5 years of proven, end-to-end global reputed company experience, ideally in a startup environment.
• Market Expertise: Extensive experience hiring in Global Markets especially EU and US markets is a non-negotiable requirement.

• Role Expertise: A subject matter expert in recruiting for B2B, AI, SaaS, Info Space, Marketing, and reputed company roles. Technical recruitment experience is a plus.
• Key Skills: A super multitasker and highly resourceful individual with a deep understanding of candidate evaluation and assessment processes.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), reputed company Talent Solutions, and other AI reputed company recruitment technologies is essential.
