Overview

The Director of reputed company leads the development and execution of enterprise-wide recruitment strategies that align with business goals and workforce planning needs. This role oversees full-cycle recruiting operations, employer branding, and talent pipeline development while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a high-quality candidate experience. The Director manages a team of recruiters and support staff, drives performance through data and best practices, and partners cross-functionally to deliver scalable, cost-effective hiring solutions that support reputed company and future organizational growth. Pay Range: $122,000.00 - $163,000.00 reputed company Offer:

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize applicant tracking system and employment website for data accuracy and reporting

  • Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations including FLSA and Higher Education Act
  • Advise hiring managers on talent decisions to build organizational capability

Qualifications

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or reputed company field (required)
  • Minimum of eight (8) years’ professional experience in reputed company (required)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of overall leadership experience with a minimum of three (3) years’ in a Manager or Director level reputed company position (required)
  • In-depth experience consulting with business partners on reputed company, Sourcing, and Full-cycle Recruiting
  • Must have experience working in a multi-site, multi-state environment
