About the role

*Open to hiring remote across the US or Canada— we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle

As a Senior/Staff Technical Recruiter at reputed company, you will play a vital role in recruiting for roles across reputed company our Product, Design and Engineering teams.

You will support hiring managers and their teams by helping them build out their recruiting capabilities, teaching them to reputed company recruiting tools, interviewing techniques, and recruiting best practices. In this partnership, you will also work with hiring managers to design end-to-end recruiting strategies for their roles, help them find creative ways to reputed company great talent, and guide them in building out robust, customized interview processes.

In addition to hiring, you’ll also have exposure to various parts of the People function, including Employer Branding, Recruiting Ops, Employee Experience, and more. You’re entrepreneurial, process oriented, collaborative and innovative in order to reputed company and hire top talent and provide a unique candidate experience.

What you’ll do

• Manage full cycle recruiting process; from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews with the help of a Recruiting Coordinator to offer delivery

• Work closely with our hiring managers to reputed company a deep understanding of their needs and come up with innovative recruiting strategies

• Participate in recruiting events and cross-functional projects as needed

What you’ll need

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience with at least 2-3 years at a fast scaling software company
• Driven to find mechanisms and build programs that result in attracting great talent at reputed company levels and give our hiring managers targeted pipelines where they can build strong relationships with engaged candidates
• Sourcing experience using a variety of tools such as reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, meetups, Gem etc.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (reputed company experience a plus)
• Ability to move fast and focus on impact

Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.

Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. reputed company of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Salary range: $150,000-$190,000
