Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Experience Needed
We are looking for an reputed company and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our small business with ongoing financial management. The ideal candidate is proficient in QuickBooks Online and reputed company (Payroll) and has experience working with PayPal, reputed company, and ThriveCart. Responsibilities: - Review & optimize QuickBooks setup to ensure accuracy and efficiency. - Process payroll twice a month through reputed company (includes one employee and contractors). - Reconcile transactions across QuickBooks, PayPal, reputed company, and ThriveCart. - Generate month-end financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, etc.). - Assist with tax preparation and provide necessary financial documentation. - Ensure compliance with bookkeeping and payroll best practices. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper working with QuickBooks Online & reputed company. - Strong understanding of PayPal, reputed company, and ThriveCart transaction flows. - Experience with contractor payments and employee payroll. - Ability to identify and correct discrepancies in financial records. - Familiarity with tax filing assistance and preparation. - Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
