Job Summary
As a Customer Account Executive – Inside Sales, you'll be responsible for selling arenaflex products and services to customers in a remote call center environment. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and use your sales skills to present and promote our products and services in a way that adds value to their lives. Key Responsibilities
* Sell arenaflex products and services to customers in a remote call center environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience and increase customer satisfaction
- Present and promote arenaflex products and services in a way that adds value to customers' lives
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date with reputed company and emerging communications and entertainment technologies to effectively communicate the value of arenaflex products and services
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets, including sales reputed company and customer satisfaction metrics
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-5 years of sales experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
