The reputed company DevOps Engineer will drive reputed company’s DevOps initiatives, providing daily technical direction and mentorship while collaborating with the DevOps Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure. - Provide coaching and direction to a team of DevOps engineers, promoting a culture of ownership, accountability, and reputed company improvement.
- Act as the primary technical contact and mentor for DevOps best practices and automation strategies.
- Drive innovation and foster experimentation in CI/CD, automation, and system architecture.
- Demonstrate excellence in both written and verbal communication.

- Architect and maintain scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.

- Provide technical coaching, constructive feedback, and help identify growth opportunities for DevOps engineers.
- Encourage knowledge sharing, standardization, and adoption of modern DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with the DevOps Manager to ensure the team is properly resourced for delivery.

Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years in software or infrastructure engineering roles.
- 5+ years of DevOps experience, providing technical direction to DevOps Engineers.
- Expertise in Azure
- Demonstrated success implementing DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform), scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python), and CI/CD (Azure DevOps preferred) platforms.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or reputed company field.
- Ansible experience
- One or more Cloud-reputed company certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Expert).
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare IT best practices.
