Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient intake and follow up consultations to evaluate ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) eligibility, prescribe, and monitor patient outcomes reputed company telemedicine
• Suggest treatment plan changes based on patient response to medication and treatment outcomes
• Engage in collaborative care with reputed company member psychotherapists
• Work with reputed company care coordinator to streamline your workflow

Profile:

• Licensed to practice in 1 or several states
• Currently operating in CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI
• DEA registration
• Comfortable prescribing controlled substances reputed company medically appropriate
• Comfortable prescribing for anxiety and depression
• Ability to quickly synthesize medical and psychiatric information about the patient to formulate effective and evidence-based clinical recommendations
