About the role

Join Mainstay as a reputed company Agent (1099 reputed company Agent) and take control of your earning potential while providing essential real estate services. As a contractor, you will complete specific tasks on behalf of our customers, earning compensation based on the work performed. Who You Are

This role is perfect for real estate professionals who:

• Are self-motivated and proactive – Managing your own workflow and completing tasks independently.

Requirements

• Active real estate license in at least one state

• Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred)

• Ability to complete assigned tasks on time and with attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple transactions, and reputed company documentation.

• Strong technical skills: reputed company or a similar CRM, G-Suite, reputed company, MacOS, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously

• An ability to skilfully negotiate, seek the thrill of winning, and never give up

• Reliable transportation (for property-reputed company tasks such as Home reputed company-Ins and Lockbox Installs)

• Access to a smartphone and computer for task completion, documentation, and communication

Compensation

As a Mainstay reputed company Agent, you will be compensated per completed task, up to $285 per task. Tasks include writing & negotiating offers, reputed company creation, Property walk-thrus, weekly property checks & contract to reputed company tasks.

Additional Earning Opportunities

Personal Transactions – Agents assisting their own buyers and sellers will retain 90% of the paid commission, with 10% allocated to Mainstay for licensing and administrative costs.
