Key Responsibilities

• Provide product management leadership for our contact center platform, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with internal tools.
• Collaborate with CS functional teams to understand their vision and challenges and reputed company solutions that meet their needs.
• Work closely with engineering and data science teams, as well as third-party vendors, to manage integrations and adoption of product features.
• Understand regional differences in support expectations and tailor the experience accordingly.

Essential Qualifications
