WHAT DOES A VP, SOCIAL MEDIA DO?

This role leads a high-performing team of social and digital strategists, ensuring optimal performance, efficient budget management, and the reputed company growth of team members’ skills. Acting as one of the company’s leading voices in social and digital trends, the VP develops and conducts department- and company-wide training to reputed company teams updated on best practices, platform changes, and emerging technologies — including the responsible application of AI reputed company marketing workflows. 

The VP oversees the strategic and creative execution of social media initiatives, integrating paid strategies into the broader digital ecosystem. • Strong agency and pharmaceutical marketing experience required.
