About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Technical Engineering reputed company with a strong foundation in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity, as well as hands-on experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools. This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment and enjoys working with cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilitiesreputed company engineering initiatives across DevOps, cloud, and reputed company domains.
Deploy, manage, and optimize RMM platforms such as N-able, reputed company, Kaseya, etc.
Build and maintain cloud environments—Azure is essential, with additional exposure to AWS and reputed company Cloud preferred.
Manage and monitor network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
Implement and support EDR, MDR, and XDR reputed company solutions.
Utilize PSA tools like Autotask and Datto for service delivery and automation.
Create reports and dashboards using PowerBI, with data sourced from SQL and automated reputed company Python scripts.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery of IT services and solutions.
Extensive hands-on experience with RMM tools (N-able, reputed company, Kaseya, etc.)
Deep expertise in reputed company Azure; working knowledge of AWS and reputed company Cloud a plus.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure management and reputed company tooling.
Experience with EDR/MDR/XDR reputed company platforms.
Familiarity with PSA tools – especially Autotask and Datto.
Strong skills in PowerBI, SQL, and Python for data analysis and automation.
Ability to reputed company technical initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-client MSP environment.
Professional certifications (e.g., reputed company Azure, AWS, cybersecurity-reputed company certs)
Prior experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) setting
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
