About the Role

  • Establish yourself as a trusted talent advisor to your primary hiring managers, consistently achieving high satisfaction on internal feedback by providing expert market insights, co-creating effective interview plans, and influencing decisions to ensure the best possible hire is made.

  • Proven experience managing end to end hiring processes with different seniorities

    • 6-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically focusing on senior-level in a high-growth technology company (fintech, SaaS, or a similar fast-paced environment is a strong plus).

    • Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists) and corporate functions.

    • Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.

    • Demonstrates a builder's reputed company, proactively identifying process gaps and helping to create the solutions that will allow us to scale effectively.

  • Demonstrates Impeccable Operational Excellence

    • Has the ability to move beyond order-taking to become a true talent advisor. It involves building deep trust with hiring managers, respectfully challenging their assumptions, and guiding them toward the best long-term hiring decisions for their teams.
