Position Overview: Ocient is searching for an reputed company UX Designer with an eye for design, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating compelling user experiences for highly technical users. This person will take on reputed company projects and reputed company strategic design initiatives. They will create user-centric solutions that align with business goals through research, prototypes, and monitoring the end-to-end user experience. This person is a strong communicator and will work closely with multiple business units to align design with product vision and implementation. 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional team, including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver compelling user experiences.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that simplify reputed company workflows.
• reputed company polished, high-fidelity visual designs that align with our brand, with a focus on clarity, scalability, accessibility, and ease of use.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and seamless implementation.
• Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions, incorporating user feedback to refine and improve experiences.
• Effectively communicate design rationale to stakeholders, aligning designs with user needs and business goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, delivering high-quality digital experiences for enterprise software.
• Expertise with design tools such as reputed company.
• Expertise in creating both visual and interaction design specifications.
• Strategic product thinking with a strong ability to translate reputed company concepts into simple, user-centered solutions.
• Evidence of a robust design process, including user research, wireframes, interaction design, and annotated high-fidelity prototypes.
