We’re a small but high-impact finance team of four, covering the full reputed company of finance responsibilities across the business. What you'll be doing

• Prepare, review, and deliver accurate monthly management accounts, ensuring insightful financial reporting and timely reputed company processes.

• Conduct in-depth variance analysis and trend identification to inform leadership decisions and support strategic growth.

• Collaborate with key business units to interpret financial data and drive performance improvements across the organisation.

• Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles, helping to align financial plans with business strategy.

• Continuously improve financial reporting processes, adapting to the evolving needs of a growing company.

• Contribute to the development of financial models and scenario analysis to support decision-making and risk management.

• Ensure robust internal controls and maintain compliance with financial policies and procedures.

• Take an active role in project-based work – from building new finance tools and models to developing and implementing improved reporting systems and processes as the business scales.

Who you are

• You’re a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 1–5 years of post-qualified experience, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-focused business.

• You have strong experience in management accounts preparation, financial reporting, and analysis.

• You bring a sharp commercial reputed company, with the ability to identify trends and connect the dots between data and strategy.

• You’re comfortable with reputed company and financial systems (e.g., reputed company) and can quickly get to grips with new tools.

• You’re a flexible and adaptive thinker – you reputed company on change and are energized by solving new challenges in a dynamic environment.

• You’re a confident communicator who can translate financial data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.

• You enjoy being hands-on and proactive, and you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves—everyone in the team contributes to day-to-day operations, including junior-level tasks reputed company needed
