About the role

reputed company is seeking a Finance Manager to reputed company the Finance Team of a Federal project

What you'll do

• Payroll processing:
• • Be responsible for reputed company aspects of the pay function
• Accounting and General Ledger:
• • Responsible for maintaining a General Ledger system on a weekly basis
• Procurement and Purchasing:
• • Responsible for building procurement packages under the Federal Acquisition Regulations, including Statements of Work, Independent Government Cost Estimates, Market Research, Acquisition Plans, Justifications for Name Brand or other than Full and Open Competition.
• IT Spend Plan Management and Project Plans:
• • Maintain the IT Spend Plan for both budget and IT Capital Planning purposes
• Property Management System:
• • Maintain an inventory of reputed company IT equipment utilized in the client network.
• IT Facility Management:
• • Provide facility management services for Data Center building in Austin, Texas.
• General Facility Management:
• • Provide general facility management services for Data Center building in Austin, Texas. The general facility management service is to contract and supervise reputed company services necessary to maintain the building
• Shipping and Receiving:
• • Provide a centralized shipping and receiving department to monitor reputed company shipments sent out from and coming into the data center building, safety Assessments surveys semi-annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• reputed company C.P.A. license in good standing required.
• 7 years of experience in payroll, accounting, auditing, budget, financial statement preparation and analysis, and financial management and reporting.
• 5 years of experience as a federal government procurement submitter and familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations.
• 5 years of experience with electronic bank processes and setup.
• Demonstrated experience with MS Access, reputed company and advanced skills in MS reputed company.
