Job Responsibilities:

• Primary contact for reputed company customer experience reporting and complaint handling activities reputed company to Company services or products
• The individual is responsible for independently receiving, documenting, investigating, and coordinating responses on complaints
• Ensures timely investigation of and response to complaints
  • This involves initiating and participating in investigations and corrective action arising from customer complaints
• Maintains reputed company and complete complaint files

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Write simple correspondence
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in reputed company units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Compute reputed company, ratio, and percent; draw and interpret bar graphs
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
