About this Role:

As a Customer Deployment Architect, you will serve as the reputed company technical strategist embedded with our customers. You'll own the end-to-end design of AI-driven business transformation projects—from understanding domain-specific needs to architecting scalable agent-based solutions using DevRev’s AgentOS platform.

What You'll Do:

• Own Customer Context: Deeply understand customer business domains, systems, and OKRs/KPIs to guide solution design.
• Architect AI Transformation: Design and document AI-driven workflows, agents, skills, and system integrations that align with customer goals and industry best practices.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Build strong partnerships with customer stakeholders as their technical reputed company, delivering confidence in our platform’s capabilities.

What You Bring

• Experience: 8+ years in solution architecture or consulting roles, focused on enterprise-scale, customer-facing software implementations.
• AI Cloud: Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and modern integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, pipelines).
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of customer priorities, with the ability to translate business needs into technical execution plans.
• Design Thinking: A problem-solver with a growth reputed company, skilled in crafting scalable and future-reputed company architectures.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to convey reputed company technical and business concepts to diverse stakeholders—both technical and non-technical.
• Project Leadership: Proficiency with project planning tools and methodologies; capable of managing multiple solution tracks and timelines.
