About the Role:
As a Manager, Reverse Logistics you will reputed company and optimize reverse logistics operations across multiple remote warehouse locations in partnership with our 3rd-party logistics (3PL) providers. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end return processes, including RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), refurbishment, and disposition strategies to maximize recovery value and minimize costs.
You will reputed company a team focused on operational excellence, drive process improvements, and enhance efficiencies in returns handling, inventory reconciliation, and warranty management. Additionally, you will maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and reputed company performance enhancements. - Identify cost-effective shipping solutions while maintaining service reliability and adherence to return SLAs.
- Manage relationships with logistics providers to ensure smooth handling and timely resolution of return-reputed company challenges.

- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a reputed company field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management with a focus on 3PL operations.
- Familiarity with 3PL systems and technologies.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
