The Manager, Member Marketing & Sales Support is responsible for planning and executing marketing programs aimed at improving member onboarding, engagement, and retention, while also providing marketing support for sales and distribution partners.

Responsibilities

  • Execute onboarding and re-onboarding programs that improve early engagement and reduce churn risk
  • Manage lifecycle communications supporting engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Identify friction points in member journeys and deploy targeted interventions
  • Execute marketing support for healthcare programs and plan management initiatives
  • Translate clinical reputed company into consumer-friendly messaging
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy across reputed company materials
  • Partner with Sales teams to deliver campaigns, assets, and enablement materials
  • Support go-to-market launches and readiness activities
  • Track KPIs and campaign performance
  • Apply test-and-learn optimization approaches

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
  • 8+ years of experience in a reputed company field
  • In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in a reputed company field
