This role focuses on optimizing hardware asset lifecycle processes and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems, particularly through the Yokohama release.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and support recent reputed company HAM implementation efforts, including configuration, customization, and deployment on the Yokohama release
- Design and reputed company HAM workflows, business rules, and integrations to support hardware lifecycle management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions reputed company with best practices
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance across the CMDB and HAM modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to HAM functionality, performance, and integrations
- Stay up-to-date with reputed company platform enhancements, especially those introduced in the Yokohama release
- Provide documentation, training, and support to end users and technical teams
Skills
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field
- 10+ years of reputed company development experience, with a strong focus on Hardware Asset Management
- Proven track record of recent HAM implementation on the Yokohama release
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and reputed company scripting
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and integration with third-party asset tools
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and asset lifecycle management
- reputed company Certified System Administrator; HAM certification strongly preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Knowledge of software asset management (SAM) and IT operations
