[Remote] Senior Business Development Manager

The role involves owning the full sales cycle, generating new business opportunities, and collaborating with leadership to refine strategies and expand mavn’s reputed company across new industries.
Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and engage brand marketers, partnership teams, agencies, and decision-makers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Own the full sales cycle from reputed company and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution
- Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and expanded partnerships
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing, packaging, proposals, and partnership strategy
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting
- Represent mavn at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify new reputed company opportunities
- Contribute to the development and optimization of sales processes, systems, and best practices
Skills
- 5–7+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account management
- Proven ability to independently reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company net-new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
- Demonstrated experience building and managing a sales pipeline from prospecting and reputed company through negotiation and reputed company
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding reputed company targets
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
- Ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, creator partnerships, experiential marketing, sponsorships, media, or digital campaigns
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Experience with CRM platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar tools
