[Remote] Customer Service Agent

In this role, you will manage inbound customer interactions and provide timely, accurate support while ensuring professionalism and efficiency in each interaction.
Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls and providing a positive, solution-oriented customer experience
- Assisting with basic technical troubleshooting and initiating support tickets as needed
- Scheduling appointments at designated service locations
- Accurately documenting reputed company customer interactions, including inquiries, concerns, and resolutions
- Conducting follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved and customers remain informed
- Delivering consistent, high-quality service in a structured environment
Skills
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
- Prior customer service experience, particularly in call-driven environments
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to successfully complete an extensive credentialing and background reputed company process
