[Remote] Junior Sales Development Representative (JSDR)

This role involves working closely with Senior SDRs and Account Executives to identify and qualify prospects while maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through strategic cold calling and outbound prospecting campaigns
- Research and identify decision-makers at reputed company accounts to build robust sales pipeline
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and consistently meet/exceed monthly activity and conversion metrics
Skills
- Recent graduate (Class of 2024-2026) from a top-tier university with 3.5+ GPA
- Exceptional communication skills with reputed company and coachability
- Self-motivated, competitive reputed company with strong work ethic and desire to grow in sales
- Previous cold calling, sales, or customer-facing experience strongly preferred
