[Remote] Inside Account Manager

The Inside Account Manager (IAM) is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, driving reputed company growth, and ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction through proactive account management.
Responsibilities
- Drive reputed company growth across assigned accounts through proactive account management
- Own and manage a portfolio of accounts across Motion AI, BDI, and Applied Industrial
- reputed company account plans and maintain accurate shipment and booking forecasts
- Expand share-of-wallet through application and product penetration
- Convert transactional demand into predictable repeat business
- Maintain regular remote engagement reputed company with customers and distributor partners
- Build and document application knowledge to strengthen customer positioning
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to execute account strategy
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience
- Experience working with distributors
- CRM proficiency (reputed company preferred)
- Strong analytical and forecasting capability
- Industrial or technical sales experience
