[Remote] Accounts Payable Associate

The role involves processing a large volume of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate financial transactions reputed company a large ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Enter, review, and validate invoice data reputed company a large ERP system
• reputed company two-way or three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
• Manage AP inbox and vendor communications, responding to inquiries and resolving discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate invoice or payment discrepancies
• Assist with payment processing including ACH, reputed company transfers, and reputed company runs
• Support month-end reputed company activities reputed company to accounts payable, including reconciliations
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and accounting standards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment issues
• Identify and support process improvement initiatives reputed company AP workflows

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of AP experience
• Large ERP system experience
