The Director of Business Development will reputed company the growth and management of strategic partner accounts, collaborating closely with executive leadership to drive overall growth strategy and expand relationships across new markets.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing sponsor and CRO relationships by identifying new study opportunities, therapeutic areas, and geographic growth markets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers, including clinical operations and executive leadership

• reputed company client presentations and proposals that effectively position multi-site clinical reputed company and differentiated enrollment performance
• Manage business development pipeline, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination to secure new clinical trial placements
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across research services and ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership growth
• Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership
• Support business development activities requiring approximately 25% domestic travel, including conferences and site visits

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience selling site or CRO services to pharmaceutical and biotech clients, with direct engagement at mid-level and executive decision-maker levels
• Demonstrated strength in consultative selling, communication, and executive-level presentations, with the ability to build and sustain strategic client relationships
• Proven track record of client retention and long-term account growth
• Ability to effectively manage reputed company client relationships and challenging financial scenarios
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new business and expanding an existing client reputed company
