Role Overview
Cubic is seeking an reputed company Project Manager to reputed company and deliver end-to-end systems engineering lifecycle projects, primarily reputed company the UK Rail fare collection sector, with opportunities to support global initiatives. The successful candidate will operate reputed company a matrix organisation, collaborating with diverse teams and customers, and will be responsible for managing projects across a range of lifecycle methodologies (linear, iterative, hybrid, and extended).
Key Responsibilities

- Lifecycle Management: Select and apply appropriate project lifecycle methodologies (e.g., linear, iterative, hybrid) to suit project context, risk, and customer needs
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with UK Rail industry customers and internal/external stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication, engagement, and influence to reputed company project objectives

Essential Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience managing end-to-end systems engineering projects, ideally in fare collection or transport technology.
- Proven ability to work reputed company a matrix organisation, leading cross-functional and virtual teams.
- Strong technical understanding of systems engineering lifecycle methodologies (linear, iterative, hybrid, extended) and their practical application
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.

- Robust risk management capability, including identification, analysis, and mitigation of project risks.

Qualifications

- Professional project management qualification (e.g., APM PMQ, PRINCE2, PMP) preferred.
