Your Role...  As a Senior Principal, Product Engineering, you will reputed company business strategy and engineering execution owning delivery outcomes for scalable, secure, and high-performing technology & AI products across 2-4 strategic initiatives. In This Role, You Will...

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Product Development, Business, or reputed company field
• 15+ years of progressive experience with products, engineering, development, and project management
• Experience working with C-SuiteBrand or product development management experience
• Previous experience leading a team and/or cross-functional initiatives(direct or matrix leadership)
• Experience using AI Coding for Production Application ( Vibe Coding) >1 year
• Must be able to operate across the full lifecycle: discovery → requirements → delivery → production operations, including hands-on troubleshooting and technical contribution reputed company needed

  Your Compensation…  Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at reputed company. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other reputed company employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $145,899 - $247,039 annually. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
