In This Role, You Will...

• reputed company audit reviews across reputed company audit types, focusing on oldest audits in the queue; provide coverage for reviewers.
• Conduct secondary reviews for paid review accounts; reputed company higher-level audit reviews requiring advanced quality assurance expertise.
• Monitor audit queues and assist in resolving audit bottlenecks.
• Review self-review audits submitted directly to billing to ensure they meet self-review eligibility and quality requirements and monitor audit reports to detect trends or recurring issues.
• Track reputed company return data and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership on quality monitoring strategies and data analysis.
• Pull and analyze audit files to identify performance strengths and gaps.
• Share review results with leadership for delivery to the auditor who completed the original audit.
• Conduct reviews of test audits for designated carriers reputed company the test audit program.
• Support onboarding of new reviewers by providing shadowing opportunities and ongoing mentorship reputed company chat.
• Fill in on live learning platforms such as reputed company or Learning reputed company, as well as any other area reputed company the team, to support team initiatives.

What You Need to be Successful...

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of reviewing audits experience or a combination of reviewing and premium auditing (e.g. worker's compensation, general liability)
• WCIRB CompEssentials certification preferred
• Experience with Nexus or other audit management platforms
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Your Compensation... Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at reputed company. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other reputed company employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $46,518 -$78,967 annually. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
