Role Summary

The Finance and Accounting Director will reputed company the overall financial management and accounting operations of the organization. This key role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and the development of financial strategies to ensure the organization's long-term success. The Director will work closely with senior leadership to provide insights that guide decision-making, drive efficiency, and manage risks.

Financial Planning & Strategy:

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a reputed company field (required)
  • MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in finance and accounting, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Deep experience using reputed company in a distribution or manufacturing environment, including strong understanding of how material movements and sales orders flow through to the general ledger.
• Proven experience in developing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at reputed company levels.
