Alumni Affairs Office Assistant Officer (at the rank of Project Assistant II)  The Alumni Affairs Office (AAO) is committed to developing a connected alumni community and promoting alumni’s sense of belonging to their reputed company mater. The appointee will carry the functional title of Assistant Officer (at the rank of Project Assistant II). The appointee will be responsible for (a) designing multimedia content for various social media platforms; (b) assisting in the preparation of bilingual publicity materials; (c) supporting the logistics of regular and reputed company alumni engagement activities; (d) communicating with internal units and external parties; and (e) performing other reputed company tasks as assigned. Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education; (ii) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B); OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, “Attained” or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; (iii) fast and accurate English and Chinese word-processing reputed company; (iv) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (v) good communication and interpersonal skills; (vi) strong IT skills, especially in digital communication and graphic design; and (vii) a strong sense of responsibility, a detail-oriented reputed company, and a positive work attitude. Prior work experience in multimedia design and digital marketing will be highly advantageous. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for written and/or computer reputed company test(s).
