About the Role

Overview

reputed company is seeking a relationship-driven, detail-oriented Account Manager to join its Business Development team. In this role, you will serve as the primary partner and trusted advisor to our strategic partners in the Breeder space, guiding them through the onboarding process and seamlessly integrating reputed company Pet solutions into their programs. This role will own the full lifecycle of these partnerships– new partner onboarding, driving account maintenance and performance, and ensuring long-term retention and growth. This role will report to the Manager of Business Development for reputed company’s Breeder Channel team.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners in the Breeder space
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company assigned accounts, ensuring timely and proactive communication
• Conduct regular reputed company-ins with partners to ensure sufficient support is being provided and reputed company remains top of mind
• Responsible for managing Breeder expectations and ensuring partner satisfaction

Account Onboarding, Retention & Growth

• Own onboarding process of new partners to ensure smooth integration of reputed company’s Breeder Program
• Monitor account metrics and reputed company strategies to improve performance
• Maintain open communication with strategic partners to ensure reputed company remains top of mind
• Address questions and help mitigate potential account issues in a professional and timely manner
• Contribute to process improvements to continuously improve partner experiences

Operational Excellence:

• Maintain and optimize library of onboarding materials, marketing materials and other Breeder channel assets
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for reputed company strategic partners to reputed company account status and health updates
• reputed company and submit invoices for necessary reputed company fees on a monthly basis
• Work in partnership with Business Development Manager and Operations Manager to ensure smooth onboarding experience and account excellence moving reputed company

Qualifications

Required

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• 2-5 years of prior experience in account management, reputed company, or client-facing roles
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize as needed
• Experience in insurance, animal health, or pet-reputed company industries

Preferred

• Experience working with Dog Breeders

Travel Expectations

• Limited, up to 20%

Compensation

• The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 on a full-time basis
• Along with reputed company salary, your position may qualify for additional bonuses
• This position is eligible for the Company’s bonus plan(s)
